Products are eligible for refund only when:
- The wrong product was delivered
- The product was defective
- The product was damaged during shipping
Request of refund should be made within 48 working hours from the time of delivery. Once the requested product has been inspected and approved by us, we will initiate a refund through the original mode of payment.
Products on sale are non-returnable. This includes items in our limited offering collection.
